    Simple, Select your required products  then proceed to our 100% secure checkout.

  • Can i cancel my order?

    Yes!.. Depending on the stage of processing, please contact our team on 07764-529-020 to ammend or cancel an order.

  • what if my order is wrong?

    Contact our team and explain the situation  so we may assist and rectify any problems.

  • Can i collect my order?

    Collection from 'In-Store' is available by appointment.

  • Can i order over the phone?

    Yes!, delivery for essential items can be placed and paid via phone call.

  • Is my payment secure?

    100% Yes!.. we are currently using 'Lightspeed' as our payments processor.

  • Do you charge for carrier bags?

    No!

  • Do charge a service fee?

    No!

  • Is there a minimum spend?

    No!.. we have various options available for all budgets and occasions.

Delivery

  • What times do you deliver?

    We are available 24 hours a day 7 days a week with various methods to choose from according to your needs.

  • What if my order is late?

    In the event of a late delivery, we will always keep our customers informed and up to date.

  • Can i cancel my delivery?

    Yes!, an order can be cancelled up until the point of  'Processing'

    If a cancellation is required after this stage then please contact logistics on  07764-529-020 immedietly so they may tailor a solution.

  • Can i collect my order from its delivery vehicle?

    No!, This is not an option, as we have a range of delivery methods to choose from according to your needs.

  • What if my appointed gold fish doesn't open the door?

    Since we cannot leave products with neighbours or outside including any safe places or front porches.

  • Can i request a product for availability?

    Most certainly!, We will be delighted to cater for any requests, subject to availability of course.

  • Can i reserve a product?

    Not currently no!, however we are working on a variety of subscription plans which will be available real soon.

  • How do i check for allergens?

    If you are concerned about the ingredients of a specific product, then please check the official manufacturers instructions before you place your order.

  • Do you send substitute products?

    No!.. We do not send substitute items, we simply refund the difference or send out the items once back in stock free of charge. subject to customer approval.

  • What if my products are damaged?

    Items are packed strategically to avoid such damages, however in such events please return to your driver and we will refund the difference.

  • Will my food be delivered hot?

    Most certainly!.. Although you may place food orders with your groceries at same check-out, they will be dispatched independantly from different locations and delivered seperatly.
